About Innovo
Innovo Benefits Administration was formed in 2009 as a spin-off of Mercer’s program unit to provide marketing, administration, billing, collection and carrier disbursement services. Our program team has been together for almost 30 years and has been providing administrative and billing services since 1995. The senior supervisors/managers within the Innovo team have an average tenure of more than 25 years of benefits and premium collection experience. Innovo Benefits Administration has worked with both small and large employers (State of Minnesota) within our customized eligibility system.
We have marketing and administration experience with public sector purchasing pools for more than 25 years. That expertise and a strong customer service focus has allowed us to grow to a book of business including more than 325 employers. Located in Bloomington MN we have experience with employers of many sizes and locations.
